Scheduling

Belle Vous Medi Spa does not accept walk-in appointments. We encourage you to schedule appointments well in advance, particularly for services requested prior to a special event or holiday. Upon scheduling an appointment, you will be asked to provide a credit card number to guarantee your treatment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. Please reference our cancellation policy prior to requesting an appointment. Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of our cancellation policy. Your credit card number will be stored securely in our HIPAA-compliant electronic medical record system.


Cancellations

Should you need to move or cancel an existing appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled service. Appointment moves/cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment will result in a $40 cancellation fee charged to your credit card on file. 


Appointment Reminders

As a courtesy to our clients, our system is capable of generating automated appointment reminders via both email and text messaging. Two reminders are sent – the first at 7 days prior to the scheduled appointment and the last at 48 hours prior. Please let our staff know if you would like to opt in to receive email or text (requires cell # and wireless carrier name) reminders. If you choose not to provide us with your email or mobile device info, we are unable to offer you a courtesy reminder. Should the appointment reminder system fail for any reason and you do not receive an appointment reminder, it is still your responsibility to manage your appointment and adhere to the cancellation policy.


Product Returns

We have worked hard to ensure all products offered at Belle Vous Medi Spa meet the highest standards for our client’s skin care needs. We think our products are the best and you’ll enjoy them just as much. Returns and exchanges will be considered for unused/unopened items with a receipt dated within 14 days of purchase. Due to health regulations, we cannot accept opened and/or used returns. Exception: A refund, store credit or product exchange may be given for any opened item that is returned due to an adverse reaction that a client has experienced while using that product. The client must consult with a technician prior to receiving a credit or exchange of the product.


Treatment Refunds

All treatments and packages are non-refundable. Any unused services in your package will not be refunded. While we cannot guarantee treatment outcomes, if you are unhappy with a service we do hope you will give us the opportunity to address any concerns.


Gift Certificates

We offer gift certificates to make your holiday and special occasion gift giving a little easier. Please note that gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Referral Rewards

Referrals are greatly appreciated and are the highest compliment you could give us! To show our appreciation, if the client you refer purchases a treatment, you will receive a $10 credit to be used towards your next service. Please be sure to have your friend tell us you sent them so we can credit your account. It’s our special way of saying thank you for spreading the love!


Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time. We love having you as a client, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
